I’m a ServiceNow trainer and happy to share my thoughts on this.. To get a job, you can connect with people on LinkedIn and within the community as well. Build your network and try to attend SN events. Believe me, just having the CSA certification won’t be enough; you need to build your skill set. Go beyond CSA, explore other modules, and learn from the community or through continuous learning.
