Hide Banner / Message on multiple Dashboards

Does anyone know how to hide/suppress the "Stay ahead of the dashboard capabilities with Performance Analytics" widget/banner/dohicky thing that is showing up on some of the dashboards - not all of them; just some.

I think it's not possible to hide it for just a few users — it will either be visible to all or hidden from all. It's an all-or-none setting.

I am fine to hide it for everyone, but I cannot find what is forcing it to display

I am wanting to hide this so it shows for no one. Any thoughts on how I would do that?

Disable the property 'com.glide.par.coreui_single_migration.enabled' and it will turn it off for everyone.
