hi,
Could you please help me to check on my servicenow instance the report I got from servicenow about my company Itom discovery visibilty licence?
I have a subcription of IT Operations Management Visibility for servers only (quantity 500 ). But in the servicenow report I am supposed to use 1000 and I I want to check in my instance to compare.
Which filter must be applied and on which tables in a report?
Thanks you in advance

Hi, Go to Homepage --> Left Navigation Pane type as 'Subscription Overview'. You can check module-wise subscription and consumption. I recommend if ITOM roles are tagged with the help of a group you should tag the group name in the subscription else It will not display the results.
Suresh.

Hi,
Thank you for your reply.
What do you mean by "ITOM roles are tagged with the help of a group ".
I tried to understand it by I didn't see where to configure groups when I click on 'Subscription Overview' .
