is this a violation if we allow a Approver license user to update a specific field on RITM ticket. this field is not a by default filed, it field is created in Catalog item form. and we want that a Approver User can update a filed on RITM before creating Final SCTASK.

Hi @Anuj30 ,
I would assume it is, as a fulfillller license is needed for being able to update on RITM level, where approver might only have business stakeholder license. To ensure if it has or not, I would recommend you to talk to your sales representative just to be sure.

I don't think it will have any license impact

Hi @Anuj30
This is something to check with your ServiceNow Account Executive.
- Approver User: Users that can approve/reject and only have visibility on their own tickets.
-Fulfillers/ITIL user: Users than can edit task tickets. Typically it's associated to ITIL role and has more rights than the approver one.
