Currently, I have a banner enabled via glide.ui.next_experience.instance_tools_disabled.
However, I have seen others that had the app scope and update set inline with the rest of the top banner.
Does anyone know how to accomplish this?

Hi @CJB
You can either show this tool sign or scope and update set. I am not 100% sure, but get the SN utils to chrome extension and then logout and login. Hope it works.
