The exam platform is moving from Webassessor to Pearson VUE, so the registration steps are slightly different now. Once you log in to the ServiceNow Certification Portal, you’ll see the option to schedule your exam through Pearson VUE instead of Webassessor. From there, it’s basically:
Go to Schedule Exam → Pick your certification → Choose online or test center → select date/time → apply voucher if needed → confirm. You’ll get a confirmation email with check-in instructions. For online proctored exams, make sure you run the system test ahead of time (camera, mic, network, room scan, etc.).
So yes, the flow shifted a bit with the new exam provider, but the steps are pretty straightforward once you’re in the Cert portal.
