How to display "Caused by change" and "Fixed by change" related lists on Incidents

Hello community,


How to display "Caused by change" and "Fixed by change" related lists on Incidents.

Similar to how on Change Request related list you have "Incidents caused by change" and "Incidents fixed by change"

 

Currently it shows only 1 list called "Change Request" in the incident related list.

Any suggestions /advice please?

Go to Incident -> Configure -> Related Lists and add the required lists from 'Available' to 'Selected' and save it.

How to display "Caused by change" and "Fixed by change" related lists on Incidents.

Atul: OOTB, there is no related list for these two — they are two attributes added to the Incident table.

On the change record, you can get it 

 

Form --> Config --> Related List and add

there are already fields for this on INC form which holds 1 CHG each.

Why to have related list?

Thank you @Dr Atul G- LNG  and @Bhuvan  , tips helped, additionally we renamed the list label to reflect the list to reflect as "Fixed by Change" now we have Fixed by change and caused by change both
