how to force logoff agent from agent chat

We would like to give the servicedesk administrator access to logoff the agent who leave themself login to the chat.

Platform admin can force logoff user, I do not think that service desk manager can do that. Usually system will make agent offline in the agent chat if agent is not active for more than 5 minutes. Was it not happening in your instance?
users with awa_manager role can also set agent to offline from agent presence table.
