how to get the Incident state value under Task status to implement the My work filters

Dear SME's

I have added a new incident state under the Incident status.

 

Ex: I created an incident state called: Vendor Pending

 

While doing My Work filters on the TASK table and My Work module, I couldn't see the new State.

 

 

Please help me with this.

. To address the issue of not being able to see the newly added "Vendor Pending" incident state in the My Work filters on the TASK table and My Work module, I recommend the following technical solution:

  1. Ensure that the "state" field is added to the list of visible fields in both the My Work filters and My Work module. This will ensure that the new incident state is displayed correctly.

  2. Update My Work Filters: Check the My Work filters configuration to include the new "Vendor Pending" incident state. This can be achieved by adding the state value to the filter condition for the TASK table.

  3. Clear Cache: After making any changes, it's essential to clear the cache to ensure that the latest configurations are reflected. This can be done by navigating to "System Diagnostics" > "Cache Management" and selecting "Clear Cache."
