How to indicate new unassigned incidents in a report

I am trying to create a report using filters that displays incidents assign to (person) but also incidents that are not assigned to anyone yet (shows as (empty) in results.  The per person shows okay but the empty count does not show at all.

Hi @Robin S_ ,

you can add one more condition to filter like assigned to is not empty  . it will only show records which are assigned to itil user

Data:  source type - Table, Table - Incident(incident)

Type:  Time series (bar graph)

Configure:  Group by Assigned to, stacked bars, trend by Created

Filter - All>Active = true>Assignment group = GROUP>Assigned to = PersonName .or. Assigned to = PersonName
