Hi there! Our client has integrated Microsoft Teams into their system. Currently, I receive a Virtual Agent notification regarding an approval generated for the approver, but I would like this notification to be sent only through the Virtual Agent on the Service Portal, rather than via the MS Teams integration. Does anyone have any advice on how to achieve this? Thank you!
