How to Remove Full Demo Data from ServiceNow Instance

The current ServiceNow instance contains a large amount of demo/sample data that was automatically populated during the initial setup. This includes sample records such as incidents, users, requests, and other test data that are not required for the current development and testing activities.

To ensure a clean and controlled environment, it is necessary to remove the existing demo data from the instance. This will help avoid confusion with sample records and allow accurate testing, development, and configuration of new functionalities.

Oh, so from PDI it’s not possible, as PDI always comes with minimum demo data. You need to create it manually for now. Since it’s all data, it’s better to keep it only in PDI for sanity/testing purposes.

You can't log a case for anything related to PDIs.

Well... you can, but they will be closed because PDIs are unsupported.
