Hi All,
We have a number of users that are allocated subscriptions via license. They no longer require the fulfiller role but they still need access so they can raise tickets via the portal.
When going to their user, remove from subscription is greyed out. How do I remove the user when still needing them to be active?

Subscription management has a delay from SN when reflecting numbers. I’ve seen it as high as 3 days.
Have you confirmed that all fulfiller roles have been removed?

Hi @Cat ,
After you have removed the user from the group that provide the fulfiller role, you can run the scheduled job manually to ensure that the subscription is removed as well. now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/sys_trigger.do%3Fsys_id%3Deb7b41e6c390aa583c85aabc7a0131f9%26sysparm_record_target%3Dsys_trigger%26sysparm_record_row%3D1%26sysparm_record_rows%3D1%26sysparm_record_list%3DnameCONTAINSlicensing%2Bengine%255EORDERBYDESCnext_action
