 in general, stick to the learning content provided by ServiceNow. utilize time to familiar yourself with the content and the platform, and don’t rush through it. It’s better to have a fully understanding than to rush through to get a piece of paper. It’s marathon and not a sprint to understand the platform.

✅ Tips for the CSA Exam:

1. Study the official training material thoroughly
Go through it line by line, word by word — at least 2–3 times. Understanding the content deeply is key.

2. Practice the hands-on labs multiple times
Don’t just complete them — repeat each lab 3–4 times. Focus on fully understanding each step and instruction.

3. Review the official eBook
Make sure to go through it at least 2–3 times to reinforce key concepts.

4. Explore supplementary learning resources
Courses on platforms like Udemy can offer helpful practice and explanations for tricky topics.
