Redirect an agent to the Service Operations Workspace landing page

Hi Everyone

I have followed these instructions exactly and I am unable to redirect a user to the SOW landing page.

Has anyone done this before and if so, did you run into any problems?

I am facing the same issue where agents are not being redirected to SOW when they login to ServiceNow. Were you able to fix the issue?

I too have struggled with this today. And if it helps, I've got an answer..

There's a step about adding the property glide.next_experience.user_selected_landing_page_enabled to the system properties.

No where have I seen mentioned that this needs to be in the application Service Operations Workspace Core, not Global. But it does.

And when I created manually, it added sn_sow. at the front. And still didn't work.

So solve this I went to All -> Service Operations Workspace -> Configurations. On one of the tabs there's a link to add the missing property. Doing it through there worked like a dream..
