I need a System Admin module support contact

Does anyone know how I can follow along with the modules in Yokohama, that are being walked through in the system admin training mods? I'd like to follow along in the system in perhaps a test or dev environment to help immerse myself in the training. Thoughts?

Greetings!!

Issue identified.

  1. Log in again to developer.servicenow.com.

  2. Go to your profile.

  3. On the left-hand side, select Change User Role.

  4. Update the role from Creator to Admin.

  5. Save the changes.

  6. Log out from your PDI and log back in.

 As the training started on already in that environment, I've been trying to figure out how to actually navigate to it. This is me getting into dev.

One key thing I just noticed, was that when I'm on the servicenow App Engin screen, when the instructor hovers over their user icon in the top right corner, I see profile in the dropdown menu (preferences, keyboard shortcuts, impersonate user, elevate role, printer friendly version, log out). When I hover over my account icon, I dont see a dropdown at all. It just says "Creator User is available".   Thoughts?
