Hello @eofarinu,
One of the biggest things I recommend is really leaning into the ServiceNow University course and the eBook. I read the eBook at least three times, paying close attention to anything bolded or specially called out. I also repeated the labs until I could complete them without instructions, and spent extra time redoing the labs I felt less confident in.
I also made my own flashcards. For me, the process of creating the flashcards was just as helpful as reviewing them. Repetition is the key to coding information into your long term memory.
I’d be a bit cautious with third-party materials as well. Some can be outdated or misleading and may add confusion rather than clarity. The official ServiceNow content aligns most closely with how the exam is structured.
Hope this helps, and best of luck with exam prep!

From what I’ve seen and learned while preparing, the official ServiceNow University content is still the most reliable source for the exam.
A lot of people recommend going through the eBook multiple times, especially focusing on the bold text and notes, as those areas are often exam-relevant. Repeating the labs also seems to help a lot — not just finishing them once, but really understanding what’s happening in each step.
Making personal notes or flashcards is another common suggestion, since it helps with revision and retention.
It also helps to use the CSA exam blueprint as a checklist and make sure each topic is clear.
Third-party materials can be useful for quick practice, but it’s better to be cautious since some content may be outdated or misleading. Most people suggest keeping official material as the main focus.
Hope this helps, and all the best with your CSA prep!
Appreciate if found helpful!!
