I want to hide the information highlighted in yellow from the screen after submitting the order guide.

Is there a way to implement this other than customizing the widget?

for that you will have to clone the OOTB widget "SC Order Status", make changes to it, then add that new widget again on the portal page

Hi @bonsai 

If If it is ESC portal /Or any portal order guide, Clone the OOB widget. Without customization , it is not possible.

• Service Catalog->Catalog Definitions->Maintain Cart Layouts
• Once there, navigate to Target type: Browser Widget
• Then choose Item Ordering Widget.
• Uncheck the Delivery Time , Price,Quantity,Total checkbox.
