I want to save records related to flow reports

I believe the following tables contain the records necessary to restore the flow execution report.
*After actually exporting the records, I deleted the records from the instance and was no longer able to view the flow, but was then able to restore the report using the exported records.

sys_flow_context
sys_flow_execution_history
sys_flow_runtime_value_chunk
sys_flow_value

I tried to save this table data using the archive function.
However, these tables could not be archived.
In order to restore the reports, I need to export them in XML.
As I do not have a MID server, I would like to save the records of the target tables in XML format in a table somewhere (such as a custom table).

Is this possible?

I'd like a concrete solution.

there are many tables involved when it comes to flow.

These system tables might be restricted from archiving.
