Is it possible to get a detailed evaluation of your CSA exam result?

Hi,

I know that ServiceNow only shares the detailed results of CSA if the candidate fails the exam, however I recently took the exam and passed but wanted to find out which areas I might still need to focus more on and pick my courses accordingly. Is there a way to get that data from ServiceNow?

The short answer is no - when passing the exam, you don't get any further details.

Hi @MaimoonaShafeeq you only get passing or non-passing score, nothing more. So you don’t know if you answered 47, 61 or 99 %

Unfortunately, ServiceNow doesn’t share detailed  breakdowns if you pass the exam.
