Importance - Pros & Cons of Integration Hub. Cost details.

Dear Team,

Our client is asking what Integration Hub is and its uses are.

They are much demanding for custom integration with Azure Active Directory.

Can someone please help me to understand what the merits of using Integration Hub over the custom integration and the best practices.  Please share the cost details of using the Integration Hub.

Integration Hub is a great low-code way to provide rapid return on investment without needing to heavily invest in custom development. The pre-built spokes come with the assurance of ServiceNow technical support, regular updates, and a turn-key style deployment.

If a customer is questioning the value of Integration Hub, the aligned ServiceNow Account Exec is the best place to position the pros.

From real-world experience, and someone not associated with ServiceNow, your use of Integration Hub will be as mature as the business understanding of what they want to achieve. You mention they're demanding a custom integration, but not on what grounds. Has the customer fully understood the risk vs reward of custom integrations?

Customer is worrying about the cost involved in purchasing the Integration Hub.

I think if we list the numerous benefits that this Integration Hub offers, then they may feel comfortable to proceed in purchasing it.

Can we integrate SAP SuccessFactors using Integration Hub?

Yes SAP SuccessFactors is an available spoke.

I'd recommend doing a Proof of Concept (poc) in the customers dev environment to show them the value and speed at which integrations can be completed. Customers sub-prod environments have full entitlements for evaluation purposes
