Hello @DodyO ,

If you are asking about lab instance it will take around 2 hours (sometime may take more due to servicenow launching issue) and if you have to wake up that lab instance it will take around 20-30 minutes.

If you are asking about pdi then its depends on version  which you are requesting(some times zurich takes more time as compare to other instance version like yokohama, xanadu)

If your lab instance stuck between launch so you can refer this community discussion :

If this helps you then mark it as helpful and accept as solution.

Aditya

Hi @Aditya_hublikar Is there a specific reason for the 2 hours estimate?

Hello @GlideFather ,

For me, it is not always available within a few minutes — it usually takes more time. I’m not sure about the exact reason from the backend, but in my experience it has consistently taken longer.

For example, yesterday I requested a lab instance, and even after 10–20 minutes it was still showing as Requesting. In some cases, it has taken close to 2 hours for the lab instance to become ready.

That’s why I mentioned the 2-hour estimate — based purely on my personal experience. It may vary depending on server load or platform issues.

OK @Aditya_hublikar thank you for your explanation. It seemed odd as I have never waited so long and I could hardly believe it...

Hi @DodyO ,

I have received my PDI  instance generally between 10-20 mins. But lots of community post are there where they received the instance ready by 1/2 hour as well.
