Hi everyone,
I'm encountering an issue with the sn_si.admin role in ServiceNow and how it affects visibility of the IBM QRadar Profile in the "All Menu."
Here’s what I’ve observed:
I successfully added the sn_si.admin role to a group.
Members in that group can access IBM QRadar Profile by directly entering sn_sec_qradar_profile_list.do.
However, they cannot find or search for IBM QRadar Profile in the "All Menu."
I verified their permissions using Access Analyzer, and they have all the required access.
Has anyone else faced this issue? Could this be related to UI visibility settings, ACL restrictions, or possible indexing delays? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

I figured this out never mind related to application menu roles in system definition.
