Hi ,
The Locations in our Location table is getting synced from Active Directory. If you see the attached screenshot, you will understand that Ad is creating a new record in SNOW in Locations table by concatenating City + Zip Code. I tried to remove Locations which have numbers in front of it or Zip code but as soon as I delete them , its gets added back from support_desk automatically after LDAP sync.
Can someone suggest is this the OOB configuration from Location through AD or where i can find this configuration which pushes City and Zip Code.
How can I just get City/State from AD not Zip Code in Name field in Location table.

You will need to look through your transform maps, identify the correct transform and then review the mapping to see how the field is populated.
Hope fully the mapping coalesces against the individual fields and then creates the name separately, if the name is being created and then used for coalesce you might have some work to unpick the solution.
