make resolution summary non -mandatory when Resolve UI action on incident is used

When Resolve button (ui action)is clicked on incidents, I don't want the resolution Summary mandatory for a set of assignment group.
I am not sure what needs to be updated as I dont see any configuration in the UI action that is making resolution summary mandatory, any advise please.

Have you checked Data policies for incident table? You can make adjustments here based on your use case

Did you chekc the UI action code? also agree with @Mohammed8 data policy can be one reason and you need to change on that.
