Multiple scheduled jobs 'Interaction state change for walk-up'

Hi All,

I have a issue where in healthscan, it is showing that Active scheduled jobs 'Interaction state change for walk-up' are run by Inactive users.

Can some please help to understand how there jobs are getting created and how to fix this issue.

Hi @Chaitanya ILCR  - thanks a lot for you response!

On scheduled jobs, it is showing end users name and date when interaction is created. Example - i tried creating an entry got created with my name with todays date.

I tried checking BR on how these records are getting created in sys_trigger table, but didn't found any.

Can you please suggest how these records might have been created in sys_trigger table.
