HR core admin role is missing

HR core admin role is missing in my practice admin instance. I tried searching in deleted records but i dint find it, how can i add it back?

Hi @amit_singh2,

 

missing role you mean is not in the sys_user_role table? Or from some user/group?

 

Review your last updates [sys_update_xml] and/or the plugins, go to HR plugin (not sure which one) and try to Repair it, there is a button for it.

Hi @amit_singh2 ,

do you have the HR core plugin installed? if not install it

if yes try to repair it

 

do you delete it accidentally?

try to import the sn_hr_core.admin role as an xml

 and sys_user_role_contains record which is admin role contains sh_hr_core.admin

 

if even that doesn't help get a new instance
