Hello everyone,
My Instance is Online but still i'm not able to open it . when i'm login in the developer ServiceNow url , and when i'm clicking on start building its redirecting me to login page whose admin's password i don't know and when i'm looking for that password on "manage instance password" the page is still loading and never opening. When i'm clicking on forgot password still i'm not able to get the email or sms . I've jst refreshed the instance and after that many options that can be clicked on profile are not clicking.
Plz help me out...i dont want my instance data to get lost forever and plz provide me a solution which don't involve releasing of instance

Hi Suhani,
Hope u doing good!
I think the reason why it is taking you to the login page is you might have updated the admin creds manually hence it is not able to login automatically.
You can reset the password for your instance using Manage instance password option when you click on your login profile.

Please mark my answer helpful if it resolves your issue.
Thanks,

Hi @Suhani-gupta003,
If you are unable to log in to your PDI, you can reset the instance password. Resetting the instance password, resets the password for the admin on the PDI.
1.Open the Account menu to access the My Instance section.
2.Click the Manage instance password instance action.
3.In the Your instance actions dialog, select an action.
4.View credentials to access your PDI.
5.Click the Reset instance password link to reset your instance password.
Please mark this answer as correct and helpful if it solves your issue.
Regards,
Siva Jyothi M.

Hi there,
While I do understand that this might be important for you and losing the instance might be painful, do be aware:
PDI's are not supported. It is advised to backup your work.
We all can't help you on this.
If it looks like a browser issue or something, you might try clearing the cache, use a incognito window, try a different browser, etc..
If your PDI does not recover after a few hours or a few days... most likely you would need to opt to drop te instance and request a new one.
Kind regards,

Greetings!!
As it showing error on user name / password, please try to reset the instance password. For this you can follow the same steps as mention:
login to developer.servicenow.com
Go to your profile.
Get the manage instance.
Reset the password and try again.
If still not work, please release this instance and take a new one.
