Need to updated change request values on standard change template

Hello Everyone,

 

I got the requirement that i need to update the Category value on "change request value" section based on the workflow used by the standard change templates.

Have you looked at the standard changes properties under Change Management > Administration. Your screenshot is showing at blank so I'm not 100% sure what you are asking.
