So, I don't have any experience with the platform. Do any of you have advice or resources on how to really get good at this? I'm trying to make it all make sense together, instead of seeing it as separate lessons that aren't related. I don't know if that makes any sense. Thanks for your help!

Hi Cove,
First Step - Get the PDI from developer.servicenow.com. Start on Now learning with Welcome to ServiceNow Course. Follow some YouTube channels for ServiceNow Admin stuff and Practice those in your PDI. Once you are comfortable start development videos and practice on PDI.

You may want to start by going to NowLearning and looking at the Career Journeys:
Career Journey - Now Learning
From this page, you can pick "System Administrator" (as an example) and then select "Associate System Administrator" This will bring to an overall learning path to get started as a Sys Admin. Then you can build from there.

Since this is a SysAdmin forum, I'm going to assume that you want to become a good ServiceNow system administrator.
I recommend taking NowLearning System Administration courses. Start with Associate System Administrator and move up to Professional System Administrator then Expert System Administrator.
