Hello Experts,
I am not able to registered myself for CSA Certification exam using the Webaccessor voucher.
I took 3 days instructor lead training last year. Both my Webaccessor & Now learning has exactly same email address.
But getting "Candidate is not associated with voucher. Your Now Learning and Webaccessor accounts must need mapped correctly in Now Learning. If you need help linking accounts, submit a case to ServiceNow."
I had Case open with ServiceNow since April 27th, and no luck yet. I tried removing "Email address" from Now Learning "My Webassessor Email" and add again multiple time. Waited for more than 24 hrs and tried again, but still no luck. Can someone please help me with this?

I got response from ServiceNow. I had 2 Web accessor accounts (one from the past). My Voucher was assigned to the older web accessor account. They reissued the voucher with correct web Accessor account. Its working now.

Hi @VShine ,
You have done all the right thigs, hence as stated in your description " If you need help linking accounts, submit a case to ServiceNow", hence your best option is the case that you have submitted the 27th of April and wait for a response. It will take some time to get a response from ServiceNow, but eventually you will get it.
