I am going through through  journey of becoming an admin and I have encountered a problem in the task lesson. Here are the instructions of the practice below and I do not understand instruction 5 and 6.

1- Accédez  à Tout > Libre-service > Visual Task Boards [All > Self-Service > Visual Task Boards].
2- Sélectionnez Créer un nouveau Visual Task Board [Create New Visual Task Board].

3- Sélectionnez Tableau de forme libre [Freeform Board].

4- Modifiez les éléments suivants sur le VTB :

Renommez le tableau comme suit : Mes demandes [My Requests] (pour renommer le VTB ou les voies, double-cliquez sur les titres existants)

-Renommez « À faire » en Problème [Problem]

-Renommez « En cours » en Incident [Incident]

-Renommez « Terminé » en Changement [Change]  (CONSEIL : les changements apportés aux VTB sont automatiquement enregistrés à mesure qu'ils sont effectués.)

5- Accédez à Favoris > Problème (le numéro et l'icône peuvent varier) [Favorites > Problem].

• REMARQUE : l'enregistrement du problème a été ajouté aux favoris lors de la tâche précédente.

6- Sélectionnez le menu contextuel du formulaire > Ajouter au Visual Task Board [Form Context Menu > Add to Visual Task Board].

How would I access the "probleme" from favourite (question 5)? and I cannot get a from context-menu from the VTB board where I am. can someone help me with that please?  Have attached the picture below.

5- Go to Favorites > Problem (number and icon may vary) [Favorites > Problem].

NOTE: The issue record was added to favorites in the previous task.
6- Select the form context menu > Add to Visual Task Board [Form Context Menu > Add to Visual Task Board].
