When I login into my Servicenow PDI, it showing error message as Developer Instance is undergoing unscheduled maintenance. Get Notified when your PDI is available. and the Status is Offline. I am trying from last few days but no luck. How can I get my instance back? I have some important data and configurations in that instance. Could you please assist me on this? Even though I raised a case in Servicenow University, they didn't provide any solution for this.

Hi @nowlearning2395,
that happens to all of us ocassionally. There's nothing you could do but wait. Try it tomorrow and it shall be back.
You can use the link from the banner announcement that you shared there's an option to be notified by an email.
If it takes a couple of days, that doesn't seem correct.
Can you please navigate to the Developer site and let me know what you see there:
https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/manage-instance
Also see the Useful links on the right side.
Unfortunately there's no support for PDIs so either to wait until it's back or release this and request a new one but that would mean that you lose everything you had in there and isn't exported for a backup...
Let me know if you happened to access it or what's the current status
EDIT: sorry now I noticed that you shared that screenshot in your original post.. but still, nothing to do but wait :((

Hey @nowlearning2395
PDIs going offline for unscheduled maintenance is unfortunately something that happens from time to time, and when it does, there's no direct way for us to restart them. Since you've already waited a few days and contacted ServiceNow, the most reliable way to get a working instance again is to release this one and start fresh. I know it's a hard pill to swallow because you'll lose all the data and configurations you had there.
For next time, make it a habit to export your important Update Sets to your local machine every time you finish a significant piece of work or save it on github repo, It's the only real ways to safeguard your configs against a PDI outage.
If my response helped, please mark it as the accepted solution so others can benefit as well.
