Open another request form in Portal

Hello everyone,

Good morning.

On the service portal, If I navigate to Hardware category, and click on a request tile, it should redirect me to some other form of different category. 

Can you tell me how can I do this please?

Ideally when you select the category it will show the catalog items under that category

why would you want to open some other category?

what's your business requirement here?

Yes, I understood.

But there are time where our Team lead won't understand the question we raise and asks us to do the things.
