Open another request form in Portal

Hello everyone,

Good morning.

On the service portal, If I navigate to Hardware category, and click on a request tile, it should redirect me to some other form of different category. 

Can you tell me how can I do this please?

Is this a valid business & customer requirement?

If yes then I can't agree on this as touching this means you are moving away from OOB behavior and may face issues going forward.

There is some purpose when you show the catalog item title for the users so that they can submit it.

If they wish to switch category they can always search from left side

If this can't be understood by your leads then sorry for that.
