Order Guide usage as a wizard

Hello All,

We have a situation where we have multiple catalog items and users are getting confused as to what to select.  One of the possible solutions I came up with is to use an order guide to ask questions to "Guide" them to the right catalog item.  In most cases it would be a 1 Request to Requested Item after all is said and done.  Has anyone used this approach before, or is there something else I should be looking at.  So say there are 20 Network related catalog items, I would reduce it to 1 order guide to select the appropriate network item.

Hi @Jason Stuart

Yes, you can do that, Order guide work on rule-based, I think before we approach in the system, you need to pen down want item you want to map under which  guide that make your path easy.

Hey, were you able to implement the logic? I'm trying to do the same for my project too, can't seem to find the right resources.
