Hello,
i am try to integrate service now surveys with Microsoft outlook. i have done all the configurations (entra id configuration / provider id configuration / updating service now properties and configuring Oauth entity .. etc) and i am able to send OAM survey and the OAM survey in getting rendered in outlook. however when i am trying to submit the survey, i am getting 401 error in outlook and i can see below error in service now logs
Cannot find oauth_oidc_entity for issuer
https://login.microsoftonline.com/XXXXXXXXXX/v2.0
with any of the following client_ids:
XXXXXXXXXXXX: no thrown error
does anyone have any idea why this error is coming and how to resolve it
