I am looking for the best way to pick a user from a list and have all PA indicators on a dashboard update to show just the records assigned to any group within that person's report chain.
For example:
- Name: Director
- Direct Reports: Manger 1, Manager 2
- Groups: Service Desk Leadership
- Name: Manager 1
- Direct Reports: Agent 1
- Groups: Service Desk
- Name: Manager 2
- Direct Reports: Agent 2
- Groups: Service Desk T2
- Name: Agent 1
- Direct Reports: None
- Groups: Service Desk
- Name: Agent 2
- Direct Reports: None
- Groups: Service Desk T2, Service Desk Seniors
When Director is selected it should return:
- Service Desk Leadership
- Service Desk
- Service Desk T2
- Service Desk Seniors
When Manager 1 is selected it should return:
When Manager 2 is selected it should return:
- Service Desk T2
- Service Desk Seniors
Is there any way to accomplish this within Performance Analytics? I have been able to do it via interactive filters on normal reports using scripting, but I can't find a way to do it within PA.
