Hello @AhrenR ,

I know I’ve shared a similar reply on one of your other question, but I wanted to add it here as well with a few tweaks.😉

It’s great to see your excitement about being part of this community — it really is an amazing place to learn and grow. Since you’re actively engaging, I thought I’d share again a helpful article that covers 10+ Tips for Writing a Quality Community Question. & Ask a question in the community It’s packed with useful advice on how to ask clear questions that get you faster, better answers.

One of the best parts from that article, which I want to highlight here, is this:

‘Mark Helpful’ – If someone’s answer does the trick, don’t forget to click the Helpful or Correct button. Not only does that sprinkle some well-deserved points around (gotta share the love 💚), but it also closes your question and makes it easier for others to find the solution quicker.

Along with marking responses helpful, you can also accept one or more answers as accepted solutions if you feel they truly answered your question. In fact, you can consider your question here as an example — so many experts have chimed in, sharing their views and guiding you. If you find multiple responses valuable from different angles, it’s perfectly okay to accept several of them as solutions. Give it a shot on your posts — maybe even this one? 😉 (Of course, only mark those that genuinely helped!)

Keep enjoying the community and your ServiceNow journey.

🔹 Please mark Correct if this solves your query, and 👍 Helpful if you found the response valuable.

Best regards,
Aniket Chavan
