The system is not showing up the "Capture asset tags" modal for a hardware model when clicked on receive button on the receive button on the proc_po record. WHat could be the reason
In the screenshot I 've provided, it is not showing for the 1st item and showing for the rest of the items in the list. The customer is expecting for the 1stt item so that he can give the asset tag and serial number there.
