I have a current catalog item and already build the workflow.
The stakeholder requested that if the request reject on the first time, it will go back to the requestor asking for additional information/attachment. Once the user add a comment and update the form, it will push for approval again.
My question is, how can I add the additional information that the user input in the comment or the new attachment to the approval again?
Because right, when the request is push to the approval, the new comment and attachment are not included.

Approval is always triggered against a record & approver can view the record before approving. Can you give us more detail like where is approver checking the approval? Is it service portal or ServiceNow backend UI?

Approver receive it via email or they also view it Service Portal.
What I meant is that from rejected, the request will move to stage 'User Action' which the user will add a comment or attachment depending on the requirement asked by the approver (the reason why it got rejected). Once the user add a comment or attachment, the request will move again to approval so it means it will send for another approval notification. The content of the notification is the old values, the new comment or attachment are not included.

Can you please share a screenshot of how are you sending the approval? Is it using flow or workflow? Also what config have you made to re-trigger the approval?

for this you will have to use custom solution as of now nothing is available for this OOTB
you will have to Re-run the ask for approval in flow
