query regarding notifications

I have query about notification. When any approval notification or any notification is created i want to see that notification in bell icon of  servicenow banner . How to enable it ? for example i raised an approval for abel tutor so at that time when i impersonate abel tutor  then in bell icon i want to see approval notification

i m using xanadu instance in which i already have bell icon but in that bell icon i didnt getting any notification like approval ,instead of that i getting that in email log , i want that notifications in bell icon also

Hi @aditya2byte ,

 

Ensure your instance is San Diego + (Next Experience) user interface, and verify system property glide.ui.polaris.follow.enabled = true. This enables the notification banner (bell icon)in your native UI.
