query regarding notifications

I have query about notification. When any approval notification or any notification is created i want to see that notification in bell icon of  servicenow banner . How to enable it ? for example i raised an approval for abel tutor so at that time when i impersonate abel tutor  then in bell icon i want to see approval notification

is it possible in xanadu instance , I want to enable notifications like approval in xanadu instance and I tried as per your instruction in my xanadu instance but its not working

Hey i got it how to acheive bell icon notifications. First I have to create one provider notification on approval table and set reciever and when to send like insert/update and then i have to create new content provider in which i have to set new experience content provider . By doing this , now i can saw notifications in bell Icon and Thank you for helping me.
