Related List 'Request' tab not populating with linked records

Hi all. For background...I have added 'Change Requests>Parent', 'Requests>Parent', and 'Requested Items>Parent' related lists tabs to our PRJ record forms.

I can click "New" in the Change and Requested Items tabs, go through and create a record, go back to my PRJ record and the CHG and RITM records auto appear in their respective tabs. The 'Requests' will not. I've tried in my PDI, and in our Dev and no luck. The CHG and RITM records do have a reference field "Parent" that auto-fills with the associated PRJ record. The REQ record does not have that reference field.

 What am I missing?

Hello @davidvetter 

The Request table should be having a parent field as it is inherited from Task table. Can you check the Table definition and see ? 

I don't think there is any record where project is parent of request that's why you can't see any record.
