Reporting on INC Creation by Email Address (Inbound Email Action?)

Trying to learn how to generate a list/report of all tickets that were created using a single email address.  This seems to be tied to the Inbound Email Action list?
For example, show me all tickets created by 'helpdesk@mycompany.com'.

Don't Inbound Email Actions automatically detect the user based on the email address?

Yes, but in this case the user is 'guest'. Example, all emails set to 'payroll@' create a ticket, username is 'guest'. i want to see the lists of all tickets created by a submission from 'payroll@'.

I tried a report on Inc but for created by Email id field is not available where from opened by email field is there. Have a look plz.
