Reporting on INC Creation by Email Address (Inbound Email Action?)

Trying to learn how to generate a list/report of all tickets that were created using a single email address.  This seems to be tied to the Inbound Email Action list?
For example, show me all tickets created by 'helpdesk@mycompany.com'.

This sounds promising! But i do not have a field choice in any filter for 'Opened by . Email'.  I will work with our team to see if that can be made available. Thanks!

Hi @SteveW_MSU ,

 

if the email is tied to a user in sys_user, then you can dot-walk to the sys_user table.

Unfortunately the user is 'guest'. Example, all emails set to 'payroll@' create a ticket, username is 'guest'. i want to see the lists of all tickets created by a submission from 'payroll@'. Will definately look at this with the team. Thanks!
