I am planning to reset the AD service account password used for our ServiceNow Instance. I'd like to know where all should I update the new password once I update it in on-prem AD.
Any guidance and help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

Hi @pdhanapal ,
You can check and update below list of places:
- Update Bind DN password in System LDAP > LDAP Servers.
- Update password in Connections & Credentials > Credentials.
- Update Windows service logon password if MID Server runs under that AD account.
- Update password in LDAP Authentication / SSO provider config (if used).
- Verify IntegrationHub / Orchestration actions use the updated credential.
- Check for any hardcoded credentials in scripts/properties/flows.
- Test LDAP connection, logins, imports, and AD activities.
Mark it helpful if this helps you to understand. Accept solution if this give you the answer you're looking for
