Save button missing from CSM Configurable Workspace create a case form

How can i get the Save button to appear?

Hi @NicoleJ01242694,

Does that user have sufficient roles to update Case [sn_customerservice_case] records? If the user only has read privileges, the Save button disappears

I have the following customer service roles assigned along with the admin role. The button appears on some case types but not others.
