Service Graph Connector SCCM

All,

I was hoping to get some guidance on setting up SCCM Service Graph Connector. I've followed the documentation and performed the guided setup and I have the "Computer Identity" job running.

My question though is how do I get the subsequent "After Parent" Imports to run. IE: SCCM Disk, SCCM Operating System, SCCM Software, SCCM Removed Software etc.

In particular I am trying to get the SCCM Software and SCCM Removed Software working as we have a business need to be able to see this data within ServiceNow.

I've spent a few hours reading documentation, and watching videos but it seems everything I can find primarily deals with the initial guided setup and not with these additional imports.

Thanks in advance.

@Scott Braden You will see the data sources module under the sccm application menu.

There you can see all data sources for childs along with parent.

Search sccm in filter navigator and open data sources module under sccm application menu.

So when I look at the Child Job for software I see

and there is no data source defined there. Additionally when I look at data sources I see

So I guess I am trying to figure out if this is correct or if I didn't do something correctly or if maybe something just didn't happen and I should set it back up.

It's the same in my Dev environment as my Prod environment.

Thanks again.

@Scott Braden the data source is empty in the scheduled import record.

So I think these CM_PPS are added manually on top of ootb once.

The data sources starts with SG-SCCM are ootb once and for all the data sources there are scheduled imports.

So please check with the person who has added those custom data source and scheduled imports.
