https://dev207379.service-now.com/login.do this is my PDI, i'm getting this error from past 20 days, still it's not restored, Please help me on this.

while login I'm getting following errors :

Click the down arrow on the developer site, release your instance and request a new one.

PDIs have no support.

Hi @Reddy Jana 

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, as this is a free service. According to this, you're limited to two options:

1. Wait, it should come online after some time.
2. When you get tired of waiting, release the instance and request a fresh installation. Please note, by doing this, all development that you haven't backup will be lost and you need to start over.
